Dr. Garrick I. Beauliere
Dr. Garrick I. Beauliere earned his PsyD in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed psychologist in Maryland. He has experience at child guidance clinics, inpatient forensic psychiatric hospitals, Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, and private practices. His research assesses vicarious trauma in Black Americans who have not experienced police violence. In addition to his clinical work, he is the current president of the D.C. chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi). He also served on the ABPsi Student National Board as the Eastern Graduate Representative and Membership Chair.
Dr. Beauliere was selected as one of the 2023 Mc Donald’s Black and Positively Golden Change Leaders and was recognized on stage at the 2023 BET Awards for the impact he has made in the Black community as a mental health expert. He was invited to have a 1 on 1 interview with hip-hop artist, G Herbo, about mental health and hip hop from a Black male perspective. His work in the community was also highlighted in an article written for Revolt TV for his dedication to “revolutionizing mental health advocacy in the Black community.” Lastly, Dr. Beauliere is a lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated crossing at Montclair State University in Fall 2014.

Dr. Alexis N. Ferguson
Dr. Alexis N. Ferguson earned her PsyD in School & Clinical Child Psychology from Pace University. She is a licensed clinical psychologist in New Jersey and in New York. She has clinical experience in a wide variety of settings including schools, prisons, private practices, community mental health centers, and hospitals. She has worked with individuals of all ages and with a range of presenting problems, though she specializes in mood disorders, learning disorders, trauma, and mental health in BIPOC. She was deemed to the Graduate Student of the Year (2022) for her for her commitment to providing quality services, advancement of the field, and her contributions to psychology. She continues to do research on the risk and resiliency in vulnerable populations in adults and has published research on how self-view relates to trauma.
Dr. Ferguson now works as a professor at Pace University and provides neuropsychological assessment in private practice. She serves on numerous committees at her alma mater and is on the executive board of the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists. In addition, she is a member of the American Psychological Association as well as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In addition to her work with Psych Me Out, she has served on a variety of panel discussions, hosted workshops for local organizations, as is a mentor to future psychologists.

Dr. Khadijah Callahan - Treasurer
Dr. Callahan is a New Jersey native who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She is currently practicing at a non-profit Level 1 trauma center. She has always had a passion for giving back to her community and ensuring that healthcare services are accessible to underserved populations. From 2014-2016. she served as the treasurer of the Black Student union at Rutgers, The State University, in New Brunswick. In December of 2018, she had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic with Physical Therapy Beyond Boundaries & Cambiando Vidas to assist with building a home for a family of 5 and provide physical therapy services to the San Juan de la Maguana community. From November of 2019 - January 2020, she lived on a Navajo reservation in Arizona completing clinical hours and providing rehabilitation services to the natives of that land.

Nia Spencer - Secretary
Nia received her undergraduate degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University in 2014. With a passion for science and a dedication to helping those in need, she began her career in pharmaceuticals in 2016 and has been fortunate enough to work with some of the largest existing companies. As one of the first staff members you’ll connect with when contacting Pysch Me Out, she is beyond enthused to make your acquaintance and provide the best and most seamless experience.

Kimber Dula - Public Relations and Events Manager
Kimber is also a Jersey Girl (from North Jersey). She graduated from Virginia State University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Social Work. She went on to get my Masters in Psychology online at Kaplan (now known as Purdue) University. Outside of schooling, she is very active in the community as she has her own business Planning By Kimmie (PBK) that hosts monthly Pop Up Shops to support local small businesses. Outside the Pop Up Shops, PBK hosts community events such as back to school block parties, trunk or treats, feeding those in need, and toy drives. Kimber has a passion for working with kids and is a HUGE advocate for youth AND adults who have developmental disabilities.
